In Ukraine, where conflict zones and security challenges are constantly evolving, the professional preparedness of personnel becomes a decisive factor in protecting life and health. The ARTAN Special Training Centre (one of the Official Training Centres of IBSSA) offers comprehensive solutions for organizations and professionals whose work involves operating in high-risk environments. Our programs are developed in accordance with international standards and adapted to the realities of modern threats, providing not only knowledge but also practical, hands-on protective skills. Below you will find an overview of our current training areas: 

H.E.A.T. (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) is designed to develop skills for countering threats in real time. During the training you will:

✅ Learn to identify dangerous situations and avoid them. 

✅ Acquire practical skills in pre-hospital emergency care. 

✅ Master action algorithms in case of capture or detention. 

✅ Practice negotiation techniques and procedures for passing checkpoints.

It is a 1-day program, which focuses on detecting and protecting against strike UAVs in field conditions. During the day you will learn: 

✅ UAV Threat Assessment: Identifying various types of drones, including FPV and reconnaissance UAVs, and understanding their tactics. 

✅ Radio-Electronic Reconnaissance: Fundamentals of radio signals, drone detection methods, and hands-on operation of the “Chuyka 3.0” detector. 

✅ Security Protocols (SOPs): Implementing safety standards, choosing protective equipment, and securing vehicles within high-risk zones. 

✅ Emergency Self-Help: Critical medical algorithms for self-aid using an IFAK under drone threat conditions. 

Course on emergency driving of an armoured car 

Course objectives are: 

✅ Develop situational awareness and practice response protocols for complex road scenarios. ✅ Master high-speed manoeuvring techniques, taking into account the specific dynamics of armoured vehicles.

An intensive program providing life-saving algorithms to be applied immediately at the scene after injury. During the course you will learn to: 

✅ Stop critical bleeding using tourniquets, pressure bandages, and wound packing. 

✅ Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and chest compressions. 

✅ Provide aid for injuries and burns, and stabilize patients in shock. 

✅ Effectively use the contents of tactical and civilian first aid kits. 

CPO – Close Protection Operative 

A professional course aimed at preparing personal security specialists capable of operating in extreme and non-standard situations. Training goals are: 

✅ Develop skills for organizing protective operations within a team. 

✅ Enhance tactics of close and physical protection.
